Do all toilet paper holders have waterproof covers?

Not all toilet paper holders have waterproof covers. Although some high-end or specially designed toilet paper holders may be equipped with waterproof covers to protect toilet paper from moisture or water droplets, most basic styles of toilet paper holders do not have this feature. Waterproof covers are usually designed to adapt to environments with high humidity, such as bathrooms, to prevent toilet paper rolls from becoming damp or easily damaged due to exposure to moisture. Paper racks with waterproof covers generally adopt a closed design, which can effectively wrap the paper roll around the outside, thereby avoiding direct contact of moisture with the paper roll and keeping the paper dry and tidy.
These toilet paper holders with waterproof covers are often used in places that require additional protection, especially those near shower areas or areas that are easily accessible to water sources. The design of waterproof covers usually ensures that toilet paper rolls remain dry and will not cause paper adhesion, damage, or odor due to humid environments. However, for most ordinary paper roll racks, especially those installed in drier areas of the bathroom, waterproof covers may not be necessary. This type of paper holder relies more on an open design for easy access and replacement of toilet paper. Therefore, whether to have a waterproof cover usually depends on design requirements and the humidity conditions of the usage environment.
